Isabel Briggs Myers wrote the book Gifts Differing: Understanding Personality Type, describing the value of all combinations of personality type preferences.

I respect her vision and strive to appreciate and celebrate all personality type approaches.

In my experience, ENFJs generally offer the gifts of enthusiasm, communication, and facilitation. I appreciate how people with these preferences tend to create a vision, build rapport, champion others’ needs, and work collaboratively to achieve results.
