Personality Type Gifts: INTJ
Isabel Briggs Myers wrote the book Gifts Differing: Understanding Personality Type, describing the value of all combinations of personality type preferences.
I respect her vision and strive to appreciate and celebrate all personality type approaches.
In my experience, INTJs generally offer the gifts of systems thinking and impartial analysis. I appreciate how people with these preferences tend to focus on creating and implementing long-term, effective results.
Do you have, or know someone with, INTJ preferences? What gifts do you see them offering?
I’m an INTJ. I do like to build systems and improve systems and find better ways to do things.
