In my MBTI® Certification workshops participants respond to the instruction -“Describe your type using words, phrases, or pictures.” I find these visual representations of type preferences help illustrate individual differences.
This person with ESTJ preferences uses a list that describes the structured, practical, objective approach often used by people who have these preferences.
The decision-making process is clearly described showing how data and facts are used as a foundation for an objective analysis.
