In my MBTI® Certification workshops participants respond to the instruction -“Describe your type using words, phrases, or pictures.” I find these visual representations of type preferences help illustrate individual differences.
Here is a photo of a response from a group of participants who have either ENFJ or ESFJ personality type preferences.
They describe their dominant function (Extraverted Feeling – Fe) on the top of the page, surrounding the EFJ circle.
They then show their differences in their auxiliary functions (Introverted Sensing – Si or Introverted Intuition – Ni) in the table at the bottom of the page.
They also have taken the time to “code” each of their statements with the personality type preference they see as most relevant.
I greatly appreciate this well-organized approach.
