Illustrations of Type – ESFJ and ENFJ

By Donna Dunning

In my MBTI® Certification workshops participants respond to the instruction -“Describe your type using words, phrases, or pictures.” I find these visual representations of type preferences help illustrate individual differences.

Here is a photo of a response from a combined ESFJ and ENFJ group.

Enjoy the nicely organized alternation of colors in the text and bullet points. The outwardly oriented, optimistic, enthusiastic, and personal approach often used by those with a dominant function of Extraverted Feeling (Fe) is clearly expressed in the points they choose to share.

You may find it interesting to look at and compare how other groups with ESFJ and ENFJ preferences complete the activity.

What’s Your Type?

Learn about your personal approach on our What’s Your Type? page where we’ll introduce you to personality type and the 8 Ways of Working.

Introduction to Type and Communication describes in detail how personality preferences influence communications.

If you live in the USA, Introduction to Type and Communication is now available on Kindle.
