In my MBTI® Certification workshops participants respond to the instruction -“Describe your type using words, phrases, or pictures.” I find these visual representations of type preferences help illustrate individual differences.
Here is a photo of a response from a group with ENFP preferences.
This poster is part two of two pages they did while completing the exercise. I posted page A last week.
This page emphasizes the connection between N and F. You can see how their ideas are linked to people. They want to understand others POV (point of view) and create relationships and connections.
In my experience, ENFPs can feel very defeated and become demotivated when they feel others under-value their contributions or when others are not interested in making a personal connection.
