In my personality type based communication workshops I sometimes have participants complete this thought -“To communicate most effectively with me, please…”. This exercise helps participants think about and express their personal communication style and preferences.

Opportunities to question and be heard are important to this individual.
I think everyone wants to have his or her opinions respected.
For ENTPs, this may look like having a rousing debate, as they often enjoy stating their thoughts, analyzing possibilities, and defending their point-of-view.
