Act and Adapt
ESTP and ESFP
Responders react immediately to the environment around them. Observant and quick to see problems and opportunities, they tend to be spontaneous and prefer responding to what is happening right now. They like to take practical actions that do not require a lot of pondering. Responders enjoy improvising, changing and maneuvering. Interested in fixing things and getting something done right away, they often enjoy handling emergencies or solving practical problems.
Two Types of Responders
