Donna Dunning

Donna Dunning PhD, is an author, consultant, certified teacher, and member of the MBTI® International Training Faculty. She worked as a psychologist, specializing in the areas of career development, learning, and work performance, for over 20 years.

Donna is the author of more than a dozen publications, including What’s Your Type of Career?, Introduction to Type and Communication, TLC at Work, and Introduction to Type and Learning. Her newest books are 10 Career Essentials, Excel at Your Career by Using Your Personality Type and What’s Your Type of Career? 2nd edition.

For over twenty-five years she has provided consulting services for a wide range of clients in the public and private sector. Services include counseling, training, assessment, research, writing, evaluation, program development, and performance management. Donna has won awards for her accomplishments in career development, her business skills, and her publications.

Donna facilitates programs that certify individuals to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) tool. She also teaches advanced application workshops for personality type practitioners across North America. She is noted for her expertise in facilitating the professional development of counselors, teachers, trainers, and leaders.

Donna has presented her ideas at many conferences and meetings locally, nationally and internationally. She has appeared on Canada AM, CTV, CBC Radio, Access TV and Workopolis TV discussing topics related to careers, human development and workplace performance. Her articles have appeared in Work Span, Personal Branding Blog, and other human resources publications and web sites.
