In times of change, the Visionary’s (INTJ and INFJ) greatest strength and also their biggest weakness is their interest in visualizing sweeping global changes. Visionaries generally like to plan and structure how change will occur.
If you are a Visionary, you may be resistant to changes that are shortsighted or impulsive.
Here are 5 tips to help you thrive during change:
• Look for broad implications and benefits of a change
• Integrate multiple changes into one comprehensive vision
• Make a long-term, future oriented plan to implement a change
• Get others to buy into your plan by including concrete steps and details
• Challenge yourself to modify your comprehensive change plan by responding and adapting in the moment
