Logical Visionaries

“A picture is worth a thousand words.”

2.1% of the population

Logical Visionaries balance their conceptual approach with an internal focus on logical reasoning. Thus they are analytic and strategic. Logical Visionaries like to work efficiently toward long-term goals.

The following list describes typical characteristics and preferences of people who prefer INTJ. Identify the items that are true for you so you can seek work that suits who you are.

As a Logical Visionary, I prefer a work environment that

  • Allows opportunities to generate and implement ideas
  • Provides opportunities to use logical analysis
  • Values independence
  • Lets me work with models or systems
  • Rewards competency and performance
  • Provides complex problems to solve
  • Allows me to work with others who are competent
  • Is organized in a logical and orderly manner
  • Provides quiet time to conceptualize and plan

There is also a general list of work preferences for both INTJs and INFJs at Visionaries at Work that will help you figure out your natural way of working.
