Illustrations of Type – ESTJ and ENTJ

Illustrations of Type – ESTJ and ENTJ

By Donna Dunning

In my MBTI® Certification workshops participants respond to the instruction – “Describe your type using words, phrases, or pictures.” I find these visual representations of type preferences help illustrate individual differences.

Here is a photo of a response from a group where some have ESTJ personality type preferences and others have ENTJ preferences. I grouped these participants together because they share the dominant function of Extraverted Thinking (Te).

Generally, as shown in this list, people who prefer extraverted thinking enjoy interacting with others to quickly take action and achieve results. Their interest in planning and organizing is also apparent, as is their reliance on logical assessment.

You may also enjoy looking at how other ESTJ and other ENTJ groups have completed this illustration of type exercise.

If you are interested in seeing how people with different type preferences complete this exercise, check out the Illustrations of Type series.
