By Donna Dunning
In my MBTI® Certification workshops participants respond to the instruction – “Describe your type using words, phrases, or pictures.” I find these visual representations of type preferences help illustrate individual differences.
Here is a photo of a response from a combined group of participants with INTJ or INFJ personality type preferences. I put people who have these preferences together because they share a dominant function of Introverted iNtuition (Ni). I call people with INTJ or INFJ preferences, Visionaries.
The IN_Js’ preference for contemplation, abstraction, and organization is seen in the bulleted list of points created by the group. People who have these preferences often embrace future options or possibilities and, at the same time, are motivated to meet their obligations and goals in a structured systematic way. At times, the tension that comes from thinking things through completely, yet wanting to accomplish goals, can be a challenge for them.
You may also enjoy looking at how other INTJ or INFJ groups have completed this illustration of type exercise.

That is an exact correct way of describing me, Donna. Very simple and to the point.
