Illustrations of Type – ESTJ

Illustrations of Type – ESTJ

By Donna Dunning

In my MBTI® Certification workshops participants respond to the instruction -“Describe your type using words, phrases, or pictures.” I find these visual representations of type preferences help illustrate individual differences.

Here is a photo of a response from a combined group of ESTJs and ENTJs. This poster is short and to the point, illustrating the task focus and efficiency often associated with people using these preferences. The group highlights three main points and succinctly shows similarities and differences between the two types.

Notice how they include a challenge. I find that, in this poster exercise, participants who prefer Thinking are more likely, than participants who prefer Feeling, to describe a flaw or blind spot.
