In my MBTI® Certification workshops participants respond to the instruction -“Describe your type using words, phrases, or pictures.” I find these visual representations of type preferences help illustrate individual differences.
Here is a photo of a response from an ESFP group. The poster is warm and welcoming with people as a central theme. The list is practical and created with point-by-point bullets. The drawings are playful, friendly, and people focused. I love the optimistic, action oriented, easy-going nature of ESFPs that is illustrated by this poster.
