In my MBTI® Certification workshops participants respond to the instruction -“Describe your type using words, phrases, or pictures.” I find these visual representations of type preferences help illustrate individual differences.
Here is a photo of a response from an ENTJ. If I remember correctly, this was a female working alone as the only ENTJ in the group and she acted quickly to complete the exercise. The illustration is well organized and provides many excellent points about ENTJs. Notice the active focus on people: enjoying them, keeping them on track, and getting them to move forward.
