In my MBTI® Certification workshops participants respond to the instruction -“Describe your type using words, phrases, or pictures.” I find these visual representations of type preferences help illustrate individual differences.
Here is a photo of a response from an individual who prefers ENTJ.
The poster emphasizes action, leadership, and analysis. People who prefer Thinking often include, with the positive statements, a critique of their type. Notice the plus and minus signs and the recognition of how others may interpret the ENTJ’s take-charge approach.
This is the second ENTJ poster in the Illustrations of Type series.
